I wrote this story when I was in fifth grade in 1984. When I was in sixth grade I entered it in our school’s Young Author’s Contest and won. Hope you enjoy it!
Bloomingdale Elementary Music Rocks June 6, 2010
This is a clip from News 3 that featured our little school. The morning of the program the news station called my principal and asked if they could come and film part of our program. They had heard that we put on quite a production and were interested in our story. After the show we learned that they were going to use the bit on the evening news! Go Bloomingdale!
